Yordson Apartments operates a fully furnished serviced apartment at Signatoria Court, 120 Harold Sodipo Cres, Ikeja GRA, Ikeja 101233, Lagos, Nigeria. This policy applies to information collected through our website and when you make a booking enquiry, whether or not you go on to stay with us.

When you send a booking enquiry or make a reservation, we collect:

• Your full name, email address, and phone number / WhatsApp number
• Your requested check-in and check-out dates and number of guests
• Any message or special request you include with your enquiry

We do not collect or store your card details directly — payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Squad (see Section 4).

We use the information you provide to:

• Check availability and confirm your booking
• Process payment for your stay through Squad
• Send you a booking confirmation and any necessary updates about your stay
• Respond to questions you send us directly
• Meet our own legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your information to third parties, ever.

All payments are processed by Squad, a licensed payment service provider. When you pay for a booking, your card and payment details are entered directly on Squad's secure checkout page — they pass through Squad's systems, not ours. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a payment reference, amount, and the booking it relates to. Squad's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details.

Beyond Squad, we use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and business:

• Google Firebase — securely stores booking and enquiry records
• Resend — sends booking confirmation emails
• Google Maps— powers the embedded map showing our location; loading it may share standard technical data (like your IP address) with Google, under Google's own privacy policy

Each of these providers only receives the information necessary to perform their specific function.

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including any period required to meet our legal, tax, or accounting obligations. If you send an enquiry that doesn't turn into a booking, we may retain it for a reasonable period in case you follow up, after which it is deleted.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, object to certain uses of it, and request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at yordsonapartments@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including restricting access to it and using reputable, secure service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take this seriously.

Bookings are made by adults. While families are very welcome to stay with children, this website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we start using a new service provider. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
