Terms of Service

By submitting a booking enquiry or completing payment through this website, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone in your party. If you don't agree with them, please don't proceed with a booking — contact us instead so we can help.

You are booking the fully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment at Signatoria Court, 120 Harold Sodipo Cres, Ikeja GRA, Ikeja 101233, Lagos, Nigeria, sleeping up to 6 guests. Photos, amenity lists, and descriptions on this site are accurate representations of the apartment at the time of listing.

• All rates are quoted and charged in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been completed in full through Squad — an unpaid enquiry does not hold or guarantee your dates.
• The displayed nightly rate can change at any time before you complete payment; the rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is successful.

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, depending on the schedule around your stay — get in touch before you travel and we'll do what we can.

Our standard cancellation policy:

• 7 or more days before check-in: full refund, less any payment processing fees.
• 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before check-in, or no-show: no refund.

If we ever need to cancel your booking — for example, due to an unforeseen issue with the apartment — we will notify you as early as possible and refund you in full.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, in keeping with the apartment's 3 bedrooms.
• No parties or events without prior written approval.
• No smoking inside the apartment.
• Please be considerate of neighbors and follow the estate's posted rules.
• You're responsible for reporting any damage that occurs during your stay.

The apartment sits inside a gated estate with 24-hour security and CCTV. Guests may be asked to verify their identity at the gate as part of the estate's standard security procedure — this is a condition of entry set by the estate, not by us, and we ask that you cooperate with it.

You are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear and tear. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during your stay. Reliable power is provided with backup for outages, but we are not liable for service interruptions (power, internet, water) caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Neither party is liable for a failure to perform their obligations if that failure results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or similar events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force at the time you complete payment is the version that applies to your booking.
